Switzerland: Bus Tours

If you’re not driving while in Switzerland, a bus tour is a great way to see some of the more out-of-the-way scenic sights of Switzerland. There are a huge amount of tours to choose from, such as tours around the city of Zurich, or a coach trip up to Engelberg in Central Switzerland where you then catch the cableway to the high alpine glacier region at 10,000ft, before heading down to Lucerne and then back to Zurich. Prices are around CHF150 (children half price). Or how about a trip around Heidi’s world – taking in the old town and medieval castle of Rapperswil and a visit to Heidi’s village. Expect to pay around CHF80.
