It’s a good idea to book ahead if you’re planning to visit Samos in the peak season, from June to early September. Many hotels are booked by large tour operators during high season but you probably will not have too much trouble finding a hotel or other accommodation if you arrive without booking. However, booking is regarded as a sensible option.
