Penang: Sailing

Larger beach hotels, particularly those in Batu Ferringhi, have facilities for all sorts of water sports and sailing in Penang, such as windsurfing, waterskiing, parasailing, canoeing and speedboat trips. As well as the prestigious Penang Yacht Club in Batu Ferringhi, a marina, named Tanjung City Marina which can accommodate up to 140 yachts and boats of various sizes has been built in Weld Quay to attract seafarers from around the world.
