Tennis in Majorca is becoming increasingly popular especially during the season when the weather isn't suitable for the outdoor game in the UK. Majorca is very proud of their tennis son Rafael Nadal and it is a sport enjoyed by many Majorcans. There are specialised tennis holidays in Majorca that will set out a schedule for you and coach tennis everyday, usually in the morning and then the rest of the day is yours to enjoy. If you don’t fancy a full on course it’s possible to just go a long to a tennis club and play whether it’s clay, synthetic, indoor or synthetic you require Majorca has it. There are a few clubs, mainly in Palma but one also in Arenal. It’s a good idea to research before going to find out whether you can hire rackets from the clubs or whether you need to take your own equipment.
