The best weather is around September to November, when it is warm and sunny, but the heat in April to June can reach highs of 104 degrees F and during the winters the weather goes below freezing, so if you plan a trip in spring or autumn you will find averages around 70F and everything as far as entertainment and nightlife is open all year round.
