Guatemala’s population is 13,002,206, with Spanish spoken by 60% of the population and 23 Amerindian languages, spoken by the other 40%. 60% of Guatemala’s population are white and Ladino (mixed), with the remaining 40% being full-blooded indigenous. The average annual income is about £3,500 per annum.
