When booking a holiday to Cyprus, give yourself at least 3 or 4 months advance to avoid disappointment, particularly if you are planning your trip during peak times in the summer, Christmas or Easter. Cyprus stages a variety of festivals throughout the year and you may want your trip to coincide with a particular event, so it is worth checking the events calendar before you book. Again it is advisable to allow yourself several months before travelling. Cheap holidays in Cyprus can be picked up at bargain prices with late bookings, though you should be prepared to travel as little as two or three days beforehand.
