Corsica is a beautiful location for a sailing adventure. The stunning and untouched coastline of the “Ile de Beauté” is an ideal sailing spot. The panorama of Corsica’s dramatic island is best appreciated from the deck of a yacht and Corsica has secluded bays, hidden coves and majestic gulfs to explore and discover. Boat hire and sailing trips are available from a number of locations around the coast. If you really like the sea life and want to escape day-to-day life Corsica has an incredible coastline to sail around. This can be combined with a land-based week on the island. Or if you just want to spend a few hours out on the sea one very popular boat trip is from Ajaccio is to the Isles Sanguinaires. Also not to miss is the renowned prehistoric site at Filitosa, 40 kilometres south of Ajaccio. The Nature Resrve on Corsica is a great day out for families as well. This can only be accessed by water and it expands over land and sea.
