Canary Islands: Golf Activity Holiday

In recent years Gran Canaria has emerged as an up and coming destination for a Canary Islands golf holiday. The number of courses on the island has grown steadily and there are now five great places to play. Tenerife is also an ideal destination for top class, all year round golf. Most of the golf courses and accommodation for your golf holiday in Tenerife are featured around the bustling resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos. And whilst Lanzarote cannot really be considered a golfers' paradise, as there is only one course at Costa Teguise, two new courses at Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca are on the way. Once the additional courses are in place, combined with the consistently warm climate and very little rainfall in winter Lanzarote will also be an attractive venue for playing golf all year round.
