Budapest: Camping

Camping in Budapest is becoming increasingly popular and there are a number of campsites in and around the city in the most picturesque of settings. There are several campsites situated in the centre of Budapest at a little extra cost. Campsites in Budapest are generally only open May to September as the climate in Hungary is not suited to all year round camping. Most campsites have bathroom and toilet facilities, gas and electric and Wifi. All campsites in Budapest have pitches for tents, caravans and motor homes, but space is limited so you are advised to book in advance to save disappointment.
