Bahamas: Fishing

The Bahamas are known throughout the world for their great fishing, which can be had throughout these beautiful islands. Bonefish, wahoo and blue marlin are among the most popular fish to catch in the Bahamas’ many flats, reefs and steep drop offs. The Biminis are known as the “deep sea fishing capital of the world”, while Andros Island is well regarded for bone fishing. Fishing charters are widely available on Paradise Island and in Nassau. Grand Bahama, Long Island and the Outer Islands (for deep sea) are also great fishing options.
